Midnight Oil emerged from the Northern Beaches of NSW at the end of the 70s with their unique spin on surf rock that has changed the face of Australian music forever.

The names of their super-selling releases - Midnight Oil, Bird Noises, Place Without A Postcard, Head Injuries, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, Red Sails In The Sunset, Diesel And Dust, Blue Sky Mining, Scream In Blue Earth Sun And Moon and Breathe, are the catchwords of the history of Australian music. Midnight Oil have sold 2,600,000+ units in this country alone.

Now Australia's most enduring rockers are back with their first collection album ever, 20,000 Watt RSL - the Midnight Oil Collection. The album presents 16 all time classic Oils tracks (check out that tracklisting!) and two brand new songs.

Proceedings are off to a fyling start with the first single, White Skin Black Heart.

The album is released in both CD and cassette formats. Additionally, there is an incredible home video format (clocking in at nearly 3 hours).

The Oils are back, and - as you would expect - they've got plenty to say...
