The phrase "new album from Midnight Oil" sends about as much excitement around the Planet Sound office as "free night of passion with Shane McGowan!"
But hey, its a new LP, and someone's gotta review it. As it is, the latest from this Oz-rock outfit (the title is a colloquial term for their homeland) sounds pretty much like their last.
The lyrics explore ecology, race, and there's a general concept of "postcards from a messed up island". Ho-hum.
