Talk In Circles - Sins of Omission

"I've seen it before in shepards isolation, over the hill in blue and white" - well Peter is a big Christian these days so I guess it could be something to do with the isolated shepherds who were visited by the heavenly hosts to announce the birth of Christ? (I'm sure the heavenly hosts were bathed in a white light, and maybe blue as well?)
